My name is inoue, and I am the representative of the Kanzaki Somen Cooperative Association.

Our association is a group of somen noodle manufacturers based in Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture.

We are committed to preserving and promoting the tradition and taste of Kanzaki somen.

Kanzaki somen has a long history dating back to the Nara period. At that time, Kanzaki City was known as a land of abundant water and high-quality wheat, and somen production became prosperous.

We are dedicated to continuing the manufacturing techniques of somen to preserve this tradition. We also hold various events and PR activities to let many people know about the deliciousness of somen.

In recent years, somen has become increasingly popular around the world. We are also focusing on exports so that people all over the world can enjoy the deliciousness of Kanzaki somen.
